The Burlington Performing Arts Centre has launched a new monthly after-work series of networking events, where we bring together the local business community to learn more about local charitable organizations (as well as about BPAC of course!).  Each month we will have one of our sponsor businesses host the event, and we will feature one or more local charitable organizations of the Sponsor Host’s choice.  Both the Host and the NFP will have an opportunity to speak with the guests in attendance.

The Halton Learning Foundation

The Halton Learning Foundation (HLF) is a registered charity that helps support education equity for students of the Halton District School Board by providing school grants, post-secondary scholarships and, most importantly, emergency funds for students in need of basic necessities. In the 2022-2023 school year, HLF supported more than 2,000 requests from educators for emergency funds that helped students come to school and stay engaged in learning. Requests were up almost 40% over the previous school year.
