Ballet Kelowna’s full-length adaptation of Macbeth, choreographed by Alysa Pires, explores the dark side of human nature through the timeless themes of ambition, power, and corruption that define Macbeth. Infused with drama and suspense, this theatrical ballet brings Shakespeare’s iconic tragedy to life through movement, an original score by Canadian composer Adam Sakiyama, and striking visuals by Okanagan artist Jane Everett, creating a powerful portrait of psychological ambition and decay.
