Box Office Hours
Monday to Saturday, 12 noon–4pm.
The Box Office is also open one hour prior to a performance.
All-In Ticket Pricing. All prices listed include Capital Investment Fund (CIF) contributions, and all fees and taxes. What you see is what you pay!
Ticket Pick-up and Delivery
No ticket orders, including groups, will be available for pick up or delivery until paid in full. Tickets purchased online or by phone can either be mailed to you, held for pick up or emailed to you. All tickets purchased by phone or on the internet within 10 working days of the performance will be held at the Box Office for pick up.
Tickets are mailed by request through Canada Post. There is an additional service charge of $1.50 to have your tickets mailed. If there is not enough time to mail the tickets, tickets will be available for pick up during regular Box Office hours or one hour prior to performance time. The Burlington Performing Arts Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Will Call/Box Office Pick Up
In order to pick up tickets at the Box Office/Will Call you will be required to present photo I.D and present the purchasing credit card. Tickets can be picked up at the Box Office during our Box Office hours or at Will Call at the Box Office on show night prior to the beginning of the performance. We recommend you arrive early to beat the rush. If someone else needs to pick up the tickets on your behalf, please make these arrangements with the Box Office Customer Service Representative when you are purchasing your tickets. There are no additional service charges for Will Call/Box Office Pick Up when ordering through The Burlington Performing Arts Centre Box Office.
If you have lost your ticket(s) please contact the Box Office at: 905-681-6000. In most cases, tickets can be reprinted upon verification of identity of the purchaser.
Offers and Promotions
Promotion/discounts must be presented at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be applied to previously purchased tickets. Promotions may be time limited, applicable for selected performances only and subject to availability. Child/Youth: A discounted ticket is available on select performances.
Exchange and Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Programming subject to change.
Performances will start promptly. Out of respect to fellow audience members and the performers on stage, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House Coordinator, usually following a pause in the program.
Babes in Arms
Every person must have a ticket in order to be admitted to a performance. This policy applies to everyone, including children and infants. Age appropriateness varies for each show.
If you are ordering online and do not receive a confirmation page or email, or if you receive an error message after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to follow up with The Burlington Performing Arts Centre CSR (Customer Service Representative) in order to confirm that your order has been processed. The Burlington Performing Arts Centre will not be responsible for any losses, monetary or otherwise, that you may have suffered if you do not receive confirmation of your order.
BPAC is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources. The Burlington Performing Arts Centre Box Office, burlingtonpac.ca and TixHub are the only OFFICIAL TICKETING PROVIDERS for events at BPAC and affiliated venues. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are often greatly inflated in price. They may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid and may not be honoured. Tickets purchased from other sources are not eligible for replacement if tickets are lost or stolen, or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. We encourage you to contact our box office prior to your online purchase should you have any questions, (Mon-Sat, 12:00 noon – 4pm).
