Nick Gewarges is a Burlington-based real estate Broker, entrepreneur, and senior business leader with over two decades of experience driving growth across finance, technology, and real estate. As Principal of the Nick & Zina Real Estate Team, he leads a top-performing practice known for its results, client experience, and highest recognition within his brokerage.

Nick began his career in corporate finance, holding leadership roles with D+H and Daimler-Chrysler Financial, where he managed national enterprise portfolios, led high-value client acquisitions, and delivered multi-million-dollar revenue growth. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and scaling multiple successful ventures across Real Estate, Home Staging, and a national Retail distribution business.

Nick is a Baeumler Approved service provider and has had real estate related television appearances on HGTV and featured as an expert guest on The Marilyn Denis Show. He is recognized for his expertise in negotiation, strategy, and client experience.

A committed member of the Burlington community, Nick supports local initiatives including Habitat for Humanity and is an active member of multiple Burlington organizations and clubs (both private and public).

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Economics from York University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from University of Windsor. He has also completed the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and is a licenced Broker with the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
