Michael Morgan practices taxation law, estate planning and business law with O’Connor Macleod Hanna LLP in Oakville, having previously practiced in Burlington and Toronto for 30 years and been a partner in well-known Toronto law firm. His law practice is focused on providing tax planning advice and strategies, business succession planning and estate planning advice and strategies to owner-managed and privately-held businesses and to individuals, as well as implementing business transactions regarding the establishment, reorganization and purchase/sale of businesses.Michael has been a frequent speaker on tax planning and estate planning topics to various organizations, including the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Hamilton Law Association. He has also been an adjunct professor at Queen’s University Law School, teaching both the personal tax course and the corporations tax course.
