Cindy is a driven and results-oriented senior Human Resources leader with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of HR including HR strategy, compensation, incentives, rewards, retirement plans, benefits, HRIS, payroll and health and safety.
She has served as a Board Member for the Ideal Canadian Pension Plan and the United Church Pension Plan Advisory Committee. She volunteers in various capacities at her local church. Cindy has an Honors Business Administration degree from the University of Windsor and a HR Program Certificate from Queen’s School of Business. She has lived in Burlington since 1993 with her husband and two children. She is an avid mountain biker and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
