Jing (Annie) Huang is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience in financial services, strategic consulting, and institutional leadership. She is the co-founder of both Madison Point Capital Partners and the Canada Academy of Music and Arts. She also serves as Chair of the Canadian Music Competition Ontario, contributing to the advancement of young musicians and the broader arts community.

Prior to her entrepreneurial work in Canada, Annie held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank in Shanghai, China, where she served as Deputy General Manager and Chief Operating Risk Officer. She led major regulatory, risk management, and strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant with KPMG Consulting and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, focusing on large-scale strategy and systems transformation projects.

Annie holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and has completed an executive program in AI strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as an executive leadership program at INSEAD. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
