Frequently asked questions

Please check The Burlington Performing Arts Centre’s website at burlingtonpac.ca/events. Select the event you are interested in and click the ‘Read More’ button to see complete details of the event along, including ticket prices.

Once you have purchased your Livestream ticket you will receive a confirmation email that includes a PDF of your Livestream ticket. This PDF ticket contains the link to your Livestream Event.

Once you open the PDF ticket you will see a square/button with ‘Stream Now’. Click the ‘Stream Now’ button approximately 30-minutes prior to the performance. Once you click the ‘Stream Now’ button, your personal Livestream access code will be emailed to you. You will be asked to enter your access code. Once your code is entered, you will be connected to the Livestream Event.

You need Adobe Reader to open your ticket.

Yes. Check back soon for some general tips…

No. The Livestream is only available for viewing on the specific date and time of the performance. Livestreaming will begin 30 minutes prior to the performance start time and will last the duration of the performance.

Yes, but make sure to enter the recipient’s email when purchasing a Livestream ticket as a gift for someone else. This will ensure the Livestream access code will be emailed to the recipient of the gift ticket, and is very important to avoid any confusion prior to the performance.

After clicking the ‘Stream Now’ button in your PDF ticket, it may take up to 5-minutes for the access code to be emailed to you. Please be patient and/or check your junk mail folder. DO NOT keep clicking on the ‘Stream Now’ button. Each time you click on the button a new access code is generated.

Please wait at least 5-minutes before retrying the ‘Stream Now’ button. If the problem persists and you still do not receive your access code email, please call the BPAC Box Office at 905-681-6000 for help. There will be a Box Office Representative available 30 minutes prior to the performance and for approximately 15 minutes after the performance has started.
